Hi guys!
So at some point with each project there is this moment, that you just cannot grasp the whole implementation phase – product has grown, has many programmers working on it and it's just nearly impossible to verify you design library with code implementation.
So I had a dream – that we would expand Sympli with a design system manager (invision is trying it I suppose but just for enterprise level with prices beyond startup world...):
UX Team or Designer/s is preparing designs in Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD (bravo on the integrations guys!), then she/he moves it to the Sympli world (specs, handoff, versioning) and then... it cannot inspect the code version!
What if we would implement Story Book integration? That designs would "sympli-magically" transfer into code snippets for different frameworks (web, ios, android, react, json, etc.)? Thus creating Components library – and with few more options (brand book, typography, color sets, etc.) – design systems from Sketch/Figma/XD designs?
Or maybe I've missed the news and you are releasing Storybook integration with a basic design system features for Christmas this year?
Thanks!
