Hello Alexander!
Thanks for the suggestion. Do you think our Jira integration can help you in some way with your use case? We also have annotations inside designs that you can use to link to external documentation. How do you picture this feature? As an integration with Confluence, for example, or simply adding .txt files in projects?

Marilyn García: Hi Marilyn! No, i was thinking of a small built-in wiki, where people can add everything related to the projects: stakeholders, technical informations regarding the implementation of the screen, milestones, UI animation infos etc. So every project related information could be in a single source.
It could be an own tab between "Designs" and "Summary", like in the picture. Took the editor from Frontify, which also enables users to enter informations collaboratively.
And i also propose to re-design the "Projects page". It could then show the amount of articles, screen designs and linked (Sketch) libraries. It would also help if you could improve the contrast. Right now it's light grey text on a brighter grey background. That's pretty hard to work with :/
Best regards,
Alex

Alexander Altenhof: Thanks a lot for sharing these mock ups! This definitely looks like a great addition to our web app's functionalities. Just wondering, in your project's page redesign, what do you mean with "Articles"?
Alexander Altenhof
Marilyn García: It is just to show the size of the wiki of the project. And it gives the wiki a certain significance because the article number is next to the "Designs" and "Libraries" number.
