Earlier this year, we introduced Embeds - a way to share your designs and add them to your documentation. The first version required anyone who wanted to view full-size previews to have a Sympli Handoff account. Now, there is an option to share your designs' selected screens, which you can preview in fullscreen with no authentication required.

The right sidebar is now collapsible.

Just one click and you have more space to see your designs without scrolling it.

Of course, we also did several improvements and small redesign of the right sidebar - check it out now, it looks pretty nice!

We made a lot of optimizations and bug fixes for the Design Systems.

We’ve added a new way to share the Sympli Handoff projects with your team - invite links. Now you can provide access to the projects to the groups of users with the same role and manage access to all company projects in one place.

Using invite links allows admins of the Company to create a link with any access level. This link can be copied and shared, in your team’s chat or documentation: anyone who clicks on it will get access with the specified role. If you want to change the roles later - you can do it the same way as before - in the "Users" tab on the same page.

Now you can use Embeds to add link previews of your artboards to your documentation 🚀

Connect your documentation to Sympli Handoff, allowing your team members to preview the designs right in the doc, and jump to the set of selected artboards in the Sympli Handoff web app if they need it.

Now Sympli Handoff integrates with MS Teams with a Bot 🤖 that helps you to be on the same page with your teammates by delivering update notifications directly to your team or chat. Also, the bot displays a preview image of Sympli links sent into the chats or teams so you can have a better context of how the design mockup looks like.
